Any open OCM roles within this network?
Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.

I do a lot of tech transformations and I love the look on the client’s face when I tell them I don’t want to talk tech, let’s just talk about change affecting your people. I think they appreciate that, especially with these big finance transformations.
Gosh I’m so tired of tech talk so I understand lol.
I just think you can’t beat the experience of working as a change management practitioner in a consulting firm. I think you learn so much, the tools available to you are significantly better, and you’re treated as a revenue generating person as opposed to cost center.
I work with a lot of “change management“ people in industry, and it is my experience that they are often glorified admin/ or communications individuals who just don’t sit in the comms function. They are also often paid pretty poorly. I do think the one upside to change management in industry is that it’s easy to impress and you have a very reasonable worklife balance.
Thanks for this! Love your take on revenue generating as opposed to cost center, didn’t even consider that.
