Chill, no one cares as long as you're rolling dough
You are 200% fine

You’re fine. Many people graduate from MBA programs at that age and go into a corporate environment for the first time.
I worked in academic research for 11 years, got my MBA part time (for free - work paid for it) then recruited into consulting as a senior associate @ 33. Many people in my MBA class were doing that. The “second life” of going into corporate at a “later” age is very common
I’m 37 and just made manager. I had a manager who was 8 years younger than me for my first consulting gig. Everyone takes a different path to get to our end
This will vary massively with each company and their naming conventions for grades also. Some companies have Manager as their 2nd or 3rd level of seniority, others have it as 5th or 6th. So it entirely depends. What really matters is your compensation and wlb.

5 years I think. I don’t really remember anymore.

You don't have a pyramid where you have an idea of what's normal through the levels at your firm? That's odd

It varies so much.
I know people that after 4-5 they hit manager level. I also know someone that ( through preferential treatment) hit SM in under 5 years. On the opposite side, I know two people about to hit 2 decades and one is a senior while the other has been a manager for half that time.
Job hopping can help but isn't always the case. I know someone that's been at a handful of public firms in about 8-9 years and was just recently promoted to senior.
What firm is this? How is someone at one level for so long without being let go?
I’m 30 and should be promoted to manager in the next year (or get fired lol). Graduated in 2016.
They don’t pay for your age
Made M in consulting 2 weeks before turning 27. VP (PE) at 27 after getting poached like 8 months later
