I've been always eating tons of sugar growing up and I've finally decided to stop eating heavily processed food/sweets a month ago. Turns out I was really addicted without realizing it and I truly experienced mental and physical symptoms during the last few weeks (cravings, fatigue, dizziness, etc.), but feeling better every day. Anyone experienced anything similar? I don't smoke and don't even drink coffee (yep, no caffeine at all) so I never realized how dependent on something I was.

Any advise for wrist pinch pain? (Not looking for the surgery route). I also have an ergonomic keyboard.

What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). I just had two of the weirdest interview. I was interviewing for a payroll systems mgmt role and the first guy was a finance mgr and he didn't ask me anything. I basically interviewed him. The 2nd interviewer was the hr systems lead. She had read my resume and was super weirded out that my current role is the same as hers. I think she thought I was interviewing to replace her. She kept asking me what I would be doing. Like dude, do you not know why you are even interviewing me? Hard pass.
