Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Would love to do the exact opposite of what you’re doing, as a US RE lawyer wanting to go to London or Australia

Same - trying to figure out a way to spend a year in our London office at the end of my career.
OP, are you practicing real estate now, or will this be a new practice area for you?
Get involved with your state and local bar association real property sections and take all the "nuts and bolts" CLE programs you can find. PLI has some good programs on leasing and other topics taught by tops in the field practioners.
Also, not sure what state you'll be living in, but the California Practice Guides can be good desk resources.
Every state will be different, and even within states each county might do different things as well. If you already have a job you should request some materials from the company. Or post here what state you are planning to move to. Also whether you are looking at commercial real estate or residential.
Where are you moving to?
