For context, Non Tech background with MBA, however, got the AWS SA recently to write better proposals and to help with my sales role as I now understand the services better. Given my MBA and buss. background & my interest in BD does AWS SA Pro make sense (as I never plan to be hands-on)?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.
