I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

Hi All,
I joined Tech Mahindra for 5 days only and didn't find suitable timing for my project and emailed resignation mail to manager and HR. After that HR asked me to resign over portal but at the same time blocked my portal. After requesting many times they didn't unblock my portal and pretended like they want to unblock but there is some issue going on and marked my profile absconded. I have cleared fnf but they are not providing reliving letter but added pf amount also. What to do?
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

Why would anyone go for an MBA once they're MBB? Seems like a massive capital and opportunity cost considering no financial inside at the firm and the already stellar networking opportunities at work. 4 years MBB seems much more attractive than MBA+2 years MBB
I’m with BCG4. It’s an intense job. Two years to develop additional perspectives, network, and expertise all while having some time to reflect is a pretty compelling offer.
Yes. Although in the US, our BA and ASC are parallel paths to EM, so you don’t actually get promoted from BA to ASC.
It’s a meritocracy. I’m a 31 year old Associate who is excited to work with a 25 year old EM because her reputation is fantastic.
For MBB, do you have to get an MBA to progress? Or would you be able to go from BA to Partner without it?
It’s not common here either. Not because it’s required, but because it’s a good break and good rounding out experience. Even rockstars need those.
And do MBB firms pay for MBA degree? Is it hard to get that sponsorship?
BCG sponsors
If you’re a consultant via promotion, then go get MBA and return, do you get a pay bump or stay at that same pay level as before?
You’d come back at whatever tenure you left at. E.g., if you left as 2nd year C, you’d come back at same salary as other C2s
