How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Sheesh, that means they are slow. I’m in no rush though, but the job is front office so kind of excited for it, hopefully works out
Recruitment for Barclays is typically slow. Depending on which part of the bank you are applying for, execution services is subject to hiring controls and a budget haircut right now do even slower for any COO or functions roles. If no response after 14 days, pick up with recruiter and apply pressure stating you are in final stages of interview with a few competitors.
Currently jobs are on hold-job freeze
Weird they keep posting jobs and the recruiter did reach out to me for that role. Maybe that’s why it’s moving so slow, they probably want to interview but hire once freeze lifted perhaps
Hiring freeze rn
I just recently had the interview so I think they are hiring but only for certain roles
