Base salary for Accenture Salesforce SM in HCOL city?

Can someone please let me know what I can expect as CTC in Thought work?

Total experience : 8 years
Tech : java full stack with react
Current CTC: 15
Current role: technical lead

What should be expected CTC?

So I'm a bit scared want to make the pivotal to tech after my MBA but noticing a huge difference in Consulting salary (165k) and tech (133k). Does RSU help cover the gap?

Looking for advice fish fam. Deloitte vs EY-P. Same level - Manager/Director. EY-P pays $50k more for base and maybe $10 to $20k more as bonus. Currently at Deloitte. Is the extra $60-$70k worth giving up my network? Plan to stay in Consulting and hope to make SM/SD. I have a family and my wife is a homemaker. So money does matter. Would have left easily for an $80k bump. Wouldn’t leave for $30k or less. Don’t know what to do with $60k. Pulling my hair out here. HELP Please!!!

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I work at KPMG and was told that I will not be promoted (from senior associate 2 to 3), but received pay rise as someone who was promoted. I am so proud person that immediately after knowing that I will not be promoted, I wrote resignation. What is your action plan in this case? Will you resign? Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. I know it's hard to account for every type of disability but we can at least start with the most common ones.

I plan to stick with EY for at least 2-3 years barring exceptional circumstances. How can I expect my salary to progress over this duration? Thanks!

2016 - $45,000 (non profit)
2017 - $65,000 (in house admin)
2018 - $80,000 (consultant)
2019 - $98,000 (Sr. Consultant)
2020 - $130,000 + 15% bonus (Sr. Consultant)
2021 -$175,000 + 12% bonus (delivery manager)

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?
