Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?
Asking as I am curious if my app will be flagged as I just applied to another role recently.EY-Parthenon

It's their lame way to try to keep you engaged while they run text searches on resumes. Move on; you don't really want to work somewhere that recruits like this.
Umm EY, what qualifies you to comment that way?
Is this an actual step in the recruiting process or would I be hearing about an initial phone call later on, irrespective of the webcast?
@OP Are you applying straight from S&? That process is a bit different from MBA recruiting and timing really varies based on business needs. Webcast is not affecting your likelihood of being hired. But doesn't hurt to join.
What qualifies me? Lots of years of experience. If you're being recruited by a computer (you are in this case) then you're not being recruited at all, you're just a text search.
It's not your place to tell people you don't know if they should want to work for BCG.
I disagree; the whole point of this post is a question as to the sincerity of your mass email. Apparently they do want to be considered and BCG is inconsiderate enough to send them a mass email in reply. Ask your recruiters how many people get through the door after receiving a "see you in a few months" email. In other words the first taste someone gets of your firm is "yeah, it's on file, watch this video." Obviously the might BCG has ZERO interest.
@BCG1, I'm actually not applying through the traditional process, I don't have a MBA. I am applying through the experienced hire route.
Yea figured. I did as well. Took 8 months from initial contact to offer letter.
Nice. I'm in no hurry, just always like to keep my options open. I actually really like it at S&, but like I said, having options isn't a bad thing.
