Been working in healthcare (some pharma and some not-so-heavy shit) for 4+ years and have minimal experience on “regular” brands. Can I ever get out of healthcare and be taken seriously creatively?

My career goal isn’t to make it to MBB or a unicorn or FAANG. It’s to feel fulfilled and challenged as I progress. I can’t be the only one that isn’t title or company chasing.

Has anyone transferred to FDD in late manger years (M2/M3) from audit or accounting advisory? Has the transition been hard? Any advise would be appreciated!
