Can you give us more details OP? What exactly did it help with and how were you taking it or using it? I have heard good things about it in general but never actually knew anyone who had tried it.
Despite meds working well for me, trying to gradually wean my way off of them, will look into this and report back. Any more ideas on what it’s doing from a neurochemistry standpoint ?
