They set up a system to breed underachievers !!
I second that. I was so pissed with my rating and bonus. All they have are excuses/scripted language every year to defend the rating and pay raise.
And when you ask them where did it go wrong and they are like your peers did better. This cohort and snapshot system is totally BS
Mine mentioned things which he heard from folks I reported to. When I speak w them, they deny saying that.. I am at the mercy of someone mood swings while they do my snapshot
I am done doing any more sales.. Will cruise thru until I find another gig and GTFO
Similar position here. 70% util, but almost 1m as sales leader+billing mgr, Multiple bd opps, reinvest s***, snapshots had me at next or partially next, 9 perf diff , received t3, no raise , 3k bonus
I've even seen people who were loyal for 7-8 years let go with silly reasons. Not sure what's going on
Agree. It's not worth wasting years when you work is not recognized or translate to good bonus/pay
I'm having hard time finding motivation to work after knowing my rating. I mean this is ridiculous. How much more we have to prove ourselves. As such we are stretched in every role and when it comes to yearly calls we should not expect anything. I can predict my sal for next year with a default t3. Thanks to the cohort system
Or atleast promote them not to work like they usually do
I don't know what they are doing but it is definitely pissing people off and before they realize good people will be gone
Understand that change has to come.. How they handled the change is extremely disturbing.. They don't care if folks have families.. Partners have stuffed their pockets wo any considerations for their own ppl
Times are tough at PwC. Should be happy you still have a job and make a change if you have better opportunities elsewhere.
