Can anyone confirm the variable policy of TechM, is it monthly or quarterly.
Heard from few folks that its was changed to quarterly and in offer letter nowhere its mentioned that its monthly or quarterly.simply said applicable as per variable policy.

Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

GT does traditional labor work and a lot of wage and hour litigation.

GT L&E has great people and is growing its L&E practice, which is not too common for a big firm since most of them view L&E as a pet project. I don't think hours are too crazy either.
Thank you!! Good to hear there are firms that don’t expect you to check and reply to emails after normal work hours and on weekends and holidays.Do you have insight on whether these groups are just support or do they litigate and have their own workload aside from just advice and counsel?

Thanks for the insight! What do you mean you won’t have time at Littler? I thought the three had similar billable requirements. Can you educate me on why one would have time at big law than Littler?
