Best software tools (not case management) for family law solo practitioner? I am particularly interested in child support and timesharing /calendar calculators.

If you’re trying to get pregnant, do you start avoiding certain foods/altering your diet/drink even BEFORE you do get pregos? My fear is that as we’re trying, I’ll get pregnant and realize that my diet/drinking wasn’t quite ideal. I read a few articles saying it’s not a big deal, but curious to hear your thoughts. TIA!

My husband and I just went through a few very difficult months. His mother passed after an aggressive disease and struggle, we had another family member pass, Covid, political climate, +. Just under the surface we are so sad. We have a very easy baby but a young child is still demanding. We are not motivated to work and I can’t figure out how to return to “normal.” I am not pulling my weight at work and generally can’t imagine being motivated like I was. Please send advice.

Do single parents usually end up staying single most of their life? Flings here and there, some get remarried but end in separation, and another groups just find it hard to date - that’s from my perspective. Is it usually the father who is the hardest to date or the mother who has the most challenge?

For pregnant women who have had prior pregnancies/losses but no living children, do you consider yourself a FTM? When people ask if this is your first, do you share that it’s not your first pregnancy? Hi all. Hubs and I have been trying to get pregnant for a few years with no luck. Tried IUI, no success. I’m scared of IVF and the toll it takes on your body but we may be looking at that soon.
But I want to keep trying naturally for 6 more months.
I’m a relatively healthy-ish person but wondering what I can do diet-wise.
What healthy diets did you go on? What foods did you cut out/introduce? My naturopath told us both to reduce red meat and dairy.

Is anyone here familiar with RSUs and stock options as part of divorce? My arbitrator was not and she asked us to hire an expert to get a valuation. She’s convinced I cannot take my portion in kind if we could not settle on the value and I don’t want to be forced to sell my half to Husband at whatever valuation expert provides today (RSUs and stock options are under Husband’s name). My late grandmother’s house was willed that it be sold and 1/2 would go to my dad and 1/2 split between my aunts. My aunt is executrix. I think it's a ploy for OC to be able to properly serve him in court. Debating on whether or not to show up. I entered a special appearance and mtn to dismiss for this motion only. Do i go and risk getting served in a county far away from my client's home?

How do some partners have hundreds of unread emails in their inboxes? Granted we are a small firm with a copy everyone on everything policy— but when our principal misses something, the excuse is always: I have 700+ unread emails.
