Eat Dirt, follow MedicalMedium and Dr axe on Instagram. Do gluten free, organic, eat meat once per week and load up on greens and fruit and good fish 2-3 per week. Lots of water, black coffee, avoid fried, processed or sugary foods... keep it simple
(Wild caught for anything or organic) Mackaral,herring,trout,tuna, salmon to an extent even though I hear different opinions, cold, whitefish.. not tilapia, not much shrimp since they're bottom feeders
My son and I hit the gym every day for lunch. We motivate each other and have time together that we can’t get back. I’m on a Duke glycemic diet since I’m high risk for diabetes. A little adjustment goes a long way.
I take a class at the gym 5:15 am M-F. Mixing it up... spin, strength, cardio. Then I eat based on the palm system.... makes it really easy no matter where I am. No processed sugar and then 4 times a day 1 palm of protein, one of a dense carb, a fistful of vegetables or fruit and one thumb of fat. Double that for men.
