Yup 2-8%
Pwc is like 35% for top directors. Likely closer to 27%.
P1, I assumed based on very limited conversations. E1, Accenture is close to that range, maybe 4-12 with majority skewed to the lower end
KPMG is 4-15%...top directors get between 11-15%
8% at EY?! Your base has to be higher to compensate
Accenture has a matching program with the stock for MDs. 15% discount on purchases for all other levels. So start there and add your bonus.
8% for top people too, like ACN it skews toward lower end
Negotiate a fat base and forget about the bonus, although I’ve had good ones at ACN (15-20)
SM 1 rating this year was 60k, 2 rating 40k, 3 rating $28k. They stopped using %s, per my conversation with a couple of leaders...
