Book recommendations? I come from non-Union/low budget line producing but I’m now working for a “real agency”. I’m looking to learn more about SAG processes, working with vendors, bidding process, etc. I know most of this knowledges will come from actually working on projects but I’m curious if there are any good resources out there.

A producer that I know, from a multinational company in Dubai told me that they smoke inside the office, like in their tables, meeting rooms and everywhere surrounded by non-smokers. HR and management knows, and also it's against the law. He's struggling everyday and doesn't know what to do. Did you face something like that? What's the solution?
