Can any recent EY joiners provide their experiences on how long it took to hear back after each round. I did the virtual screen and had two interviews back-to-back with SMs.

Mine was 3 days after each round overall it was pretty fast than other firms

I had HireVue followed by 2 technical and 2 behavioral rounds

Maybe a week after initial recruiting screening call to get HireVue email. Another ~2 weeks I think before being asked to do Super Day. Got verbal offer the next business day after Super Day (final interviews were on Friday and recruiter called me the Monday after) . Took about 2 weeks for them to process everything to get me an offer on paper to be signed.

Mine was same day for a verbal offer.. took a few more days to get official letter from HR. I think big4 are struggling for talent right now and for the right person they would move fast.

Dm me. What group are you interviewing with?

Don’t worry you’re in. After my 2 SM interviews, the partner called me a few days later with the offer.

I have two partner interviews coming up (already had two SM interviews). Any idea what to expect?

3 business days then got an offer call

Interviewed by SMs Thursday and Friday. Email recruiter tomorrow afternoon if I haven’t heard anything?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Is anyone working with Elastic at DoD?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

Is this a lot for an interview?

I’m a little afraid of doing all this work to then just have them take my ideas and not hire me.

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss. I feel super uncomfortable now because do I essentially lie to my boss because I’m not supposed to talk about it.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.
