Can any tell me in cognizant F2F interview if we clear both technical L1 and L2 round and people who are conducted/ helping interviews they gave some form in which we had to fill all our details including last companies and compensation details and they ask for leave for the day and HR will call you.
So my question is will this interview cleared from my side and HR will give call or not ?

Had an associate of mine recently confront me and say he has a crush on me. Told him nope and that would be very unprofessional. Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. While I have been the only designer who does almost everything from design, UI asset creation, wiring up UI in Unity (I am in mobile gaming).
Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
