I had two rounds of discussion (more than a month ago) and the recruiter informed me that they’ll be scheduling the HR discussion and then be rolling out the offer.

It has been two weeks now and I haven’t heard from the recruiter nor has my HR discussion been scheduled.

The recruiter does not answer my calls or reply to e-mails.

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I need advice.
I work at an manufacturing company as a technician. My job title is a technician but they use me as an engineer as-well. There are three techs overall in the company. My boss who hired me understands what my degree is in so he uses me to design parts and write reports. The plant manager doesn’t know my skills so anytime I’m in the office working he calls me to the floor to do something the other techs can do. Should I have a talk with the boss about it?
