Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? Saw someone asking about high-rise apartments in Mott Haven earlier. Just moved into a new apartment building here and honestly it’s not as bad as I thought. New buildings are safe and pretty spacious (relatively speaking). Downside is not really much to do around this area and food delivery is not great. I had no letters provided by my mentor.
The bgv team is now asking for bank statement and offer letter .
After requesting i got experience letter but i dont have anything else to prove that i worked there.
I have not lied but i am not able to prove .

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
