2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here

I am getting 45k monthly and 10% tds is being deducted at source so after tds I would get 40,500 Rs. However, I am making my work done from someone else and paying him 30k. I am left with 15k each month. What should I do to save this unnecessary tax I paid? Please help.
