Can anyone recommend a fun fitness option? I need something new to hyperfixate on. Already spent lots of time in martial arts, aerial arts, dance, pole fitness, rock climbing, basketball, lacrosse, orange theory, kick boxing, ice skating, hiking…need something new that burns a lot of energy.

Soccer is probably the most exhausting option that I don’t see in your list. And when you say rock climbing, are you talking about bouldering? Because nothing tires me out more than that

Soccer is a good call. That’s one sport I haven’t done very formally on a team. Rock climbing for me is bouldering and rope climbing. Fun indeed, but needing something new to get motivated.

Here is my current cocktail: Caffeine 400mg (200 when I wake up then another 200 when I go to the gym 30 minutes later), Modafinil 150, Bupropian XL 150. I used to take adderall but it made me crazy for lack of a better word. Looking to add a stimulant for focus. Suggestions? Currently deciding between Ritalin and Vyvanse.
