Can anyone share the process for an experienced consulting manager hire at Huron? Are recruiters specialized by sector? I was referred and have an informational interview next week.

Recruiters are specialized but some span multiple areas. They should be well versed enough in all the capabilities to answer high level questions and give you some guidance on where you would be a good fit. I’ve seen candidates that applied to multiple positions. Generally they’ll start someone in one interview path and then change course if it’s not looking like the best fit.
Agree w H1. I came in as an experienced hire 100% focused on Higher Ed S&O so can't speak to navigating different practice areas directly but I referred someone to S&O as an exp hire and during the info interview they asked them whether they would be interested in SLS (moot now bc they're rejoined S&O) but shows they're looking at experience broadly and probably based on openings. Good luck! Happy to talk S&O if that's one of your areas.
