Can I connect with random recruiters at companies themselves on LinkedIn, or is this fruitless? Obviously I get the random recruiters blowing up my inbox, but if I want to target a specific company?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job

I’m a JD who hasn’t passed the bar (I know, I know). PwC requires that I pass the bar to become manager, but do other firms have this requirement? I’m ready for manager but PwC won’t allow it
