You can do but to be honest the process they ask you to follow is a hassel so most of the people avoid and there is a process in place to monitor your demat account and by chance if they get to know any transactions which you didn’t told them you can get fired
You can do just don't be honest with them. None would find it out unless you tell. Once you tell its no going back as regularly you would have to show your portfolio and take approvals for any investment as well. So just keep mum and trade.
.I do t recall this clause in any of my previous companies so maybe it’s because FI is a investment company.I’ll reveal it but practically it’s not possible .I am not sure if they just want the details to be shared or want us to take their permission before taking trades which is not possible at all. If it’s just showing them the records every 6 month or 3 months that can be done as it doesn’t interfere with the trading day to day activities. But if they want to check with them before taking any trade or performing any activity that won’t be possible in reality.
Oh i miss one information can’t buy ipo and can’t sell in same same day
