That seems super low. Sure those aren’t Holidays?
Yeah those aren’t holidays
What office are you in? Many offices have a use it or lose it PTO policy (minimal PTO rollover) and don’t track how many days off you take. My guess is also that most managers would be understanding of a wedding and gladly give you additional days off. I probably took ~5 days more than I technically had my first year at the company.
Yeah what C2 said. if you’re an exempt employee, you’re not required to track your pto in workday. So it kinda doesn’t matter lowkey.
When I was at C1 my entire org never tracked pto once
Worked with COF for 3 years in risk management. Time is a relative term there. Definitely check with your manager as they should be understanding. In case they do require logging time in workday, you can always go negative and accrue it back. You can purchase 5 days next calendar year as well.
I think you may be able to. There is a system to buy PTO. Also many offices don't really track or scrutinize PTO closely.
Unless you are working in a cafe or branch, there’s no way you only have 10 days of PTO
I’m not sure about negotiating the PTO but the first calendar year would mean end of 2022. Then Jan 1 you get all the time off for the year added your balance at once. It seems that’s the amount they give you if you start in the middle of the year.
At COF now, most groups don’t track PTO
