McKinsey & Company Hey folks!
Was wondering what sort of life sciences projects does usually the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company take on?
Commercial, access and pricing, M&A, transformation, implementation? (all of them perhaps?)
Basically, what would someone with an LS background be mainly working on in these firms on a day-to-day basis?
Thanks!

I interviewed at Conner but took the job at CFGI. We are getting pretty big and starting to lose some of that magic from being a smaller firm. Some offices are more relaxed than others. Try to interview with as many local office folks as possible to get a feel for it. Understand in office expectations etc. If you're a self starter and done well at Deloitte, you'll do well here.

I know exactly what you’re talking about. I work at a relatively small group with BDO, the culture is night and day compare to the typical large groups. Despite being fully remote, culture and the people in the group is great, but the group is getting bigger and pros of being a small group starting to fade slowly.
Probably depends on which city, but my vote is for CFGI. Ive been working there almost a year now and love it so far. Its a lot more social and positive compared to audit, and people show more personality. Ive also been happy with the clients and work that i do.
From what ive seen, Connor Group was big (due to specializing) during the IPO times but shrunk since. I’ve never heard of the Alliance Group.
Yea sure!
