I tried using them, they don’t have the best interest rates and weren’t willing to negotiate with me either. That’s where my experience with them ended.

like

Probably need to buy a bunch of points to get those rates

like

Used them for a refi. Very easy - no complaints.

like

Same here. Refi was easy.

like

It’s seems to be a great company, what is great about them is that they are offering refi. So it’s quite convenient that at some point the rates are coming down. But all these online mortgage banks keep their rates on the upper side. Make sure you don’t get points. I found better deals with bigger banks.

like

I used them when they had a promo with Amex. Good rate and didn’t pay anything to refi. They don’t hold the loan but, that’s not surprising. Underwriting wasn’t terrible.

like

They are having good rate now so wondering

Waiting for that now

I saw this townhouse in a prime location in my city for $350k (cheap for the area). The floors are all messed up though but the buyer said they’ll either lower the house price or give a credit for closing cost. There’s also a lot of nicks here and there (some locks missing from door, dents, scratches, stains, and some things are loose). But overall, the house’s architecture and design is so beautiful. Would it be worth it to get it and fix it up? Or find a newer house with less maintenance?

Our appraisal came through exactly as the offer price we put. Apparently by lenders 3rd party. Isnt that a bit fishy? If it came in lower our contract has the option to negotiate a bit with seller. Is lender just trying to push this along faster? I'm pretty sure in this crazy market the home is not valued at what we offered. Why would seller put a much lower asking price then? Make no sense. Please advise!
