CME overload! 🥴 It seems like there's always a new course, conference, or webinar to attend. I'm curious, fellow PAs, how much time and money are you all investing in continuing education each year? Is it worth it? Do you have any strategies for keeping up with the latest developments without breaking the bank?This article seems to imply that you can make more by doing more, so I'd love to know if anyone has first-hand experience with that, too.

Our state requires 100 hrs per year and it's all covered by my current employer. I try to choose courses that interest me and the path I want to be on, but I don't think it's ever directly led to a raise.
