I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

Depressing reading this as I at an agency for 5.5 years and never made more than 50k. Guess that’s what happens when you start at an entry level salary (35k) and are stuck at a place that doesn’t believe in giving raises
In my experience at several agencies the following is the salary on average:
1yr 35k-45k,
2yrs 45k-70k,
3-4yrs 60k-90k,
5yrs (Sr.Prod) 90k-115k,
6-8yrs (EP) 115k-135k
Director of Production 125k+
I have 25 years Sr Producer and only make 100k. Was making more before the recession.

Depends on project budget and your experience but generally between $600-$800

Oh Producer OP, I did leave. But it’s such a shame that they didn’t reward you for your years of loyalty. Every single year I was begging for that raise, and only given a couple grand here and there. It felt like I had to pay my dues forever. Such a shame because I really enjoyed being there. But when you’re still penny pinching and living with roommates in your 30s it sucks

Not sure why you deleted your old post. But $85K is really what your worth with only 6 years experience. Ask for $100K and see what they counter with

I agree with EP 2 - those ranges are about on par with where TBWA was at. @RGA 1 - $85k for 2 yrs is insane, I fear you are ruined for any other shop you will work at! Take those fat black turtle necked paychecks while you can!!
