Commercial Bank: Switching from credit (PM) to sales side (RM)

Hi everyone, does anyone know if it’s worth moving to the sales side and becoming a RM one day versus becoming a PM? The credit side can get a bit dulling, and I’ve heard the money is much better on the sales side. Any experiences here for anyone whose made the jump?

Also, I know banks are paying heavy right now with how the industry and job market is. Anyone know TCs of other banks for analysts?

Is it possible to recruit from PwC (Manager level) to MBB? Have US undergrad and experience and do not want to get an MBA

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.

I have 2 YOE as a BDR and think I could succeed in either position. Both have hybrid work set ups. Any thoughts or advice is appreciated! Thanks.
