Mck role is a Junior Associate position with the highest salary offer, BCG and Bain offering an experienced AC equivalent position (with a potentially faster promotion track to SAC etc).

I've heard and seen that McK experienced hires often do worse on average than BCG/Bain esp at junior levels and wanted to get some thoughts on how I should make my decision. Thank you!

Fully regret completing my MBA at a non target even tho I got into some M7s, mainly for ego reasons.
