Which one to join PWC or NCR Corporation?
I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

It is a step up from EY.
Much better structure for staffing, training and there is better leadership commitment.
The talent is better and more consistent so the work product is better.

Culture wise, all those things though cut-throat depends on group.
D1 - not sure what role you're talking about, I recvd an offer today from Deloitte Consulting, S&O. No signing bonus unfortunately, the recruiter told me they typically don't give experienced hires a signing bonus. But they did confirm up to 24.75% annual performance bonus.
Deloitte is a great firm with amazing leadership, as long as you fit the mold. if you don't fit the mold, it will be harder to find table pounders no matter how well you perform. S&O is the most competitive of the practices. You will learn a ton though. congrats
OP- you're being offered a signing bonus? I'm talking to D tomorrow about the details of my own offer (also Manager, S&O, financial Svcs) and am curious what others are being offered. Expecting to get a bit less than what I asked for in terms of base comp so hoping to get a signing bonus. Also curious about the difference in culture.. heard it's more competitive and cut throats and hours likely longer, less work-life balance
OP and EY3. What are your ranks and service lines at EY?
Manager, FSO
TAS?
Advisory
if you are in FSO Advisory, you will like Deloitte. similar culture and leadership.
National advisory, PI finance - Manager
EY3 that doesn't sound like and S&O role - are you sure it isn't Advisory?
Deloitte folks, do you agree with the culture mentioned above for Deloitte Consulting?
OP depends on if Advisory or Consulting and which part of Consulting. Lots of ecosystems in our big firm. Which area?
S&O Finance
The culture by Service Line and Industry varies. While historically a low interest Service Line for our MBA crowd, Finance seems to be doing some interesting digital work these days. As for culture, we have some amazing leaders and staff but are a big firm so you will have to work just like anywhere else to build your tribe. In general I have been impressed - love Deloitte and it isn't my first stop.
Talking about yours (S&O Finance Service Line) - offer sounds about right.
