Could use some tips and/or success stories for transitioning from public accounting to industry. Manager who has decided PA isn't for me anymore. I have been applying places the past few months and even had a couple of interviews but no job offers. The other problem i noticed is that many jobs which match or exceed my current comp seem to prefer someome who has industry experience already. I wish I started looking as a senior tbh. Accounting manager/controller is what I'm looking for.
