I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

I think my first full year I got close to 5% at my firm. Now it's around 8% as a M
10%+ is considered good. 7% is average. <7% and you’re either already paid too high or you’re peers are doing better than you.
7% in PA is not average. Average is definitely 3-4%.
I would say 10% at staff level (maybe 5% if entry level).
Once you get to more senior positions it should be like 30-50%
30-50% in Public?
Yes it was a full year exactly, I started June 2020
Hmm. Raise was 3.75% which is about average in my understanding if it’s correct
Target at RSM is like 3%. It was 2% when I was an associate.
It's only 5% at my supervisor level, but can be as high as 8 if the firm and personal performance metrics are excellent.
In industry it feels like 10% is a common figure I see when talking to recruiters.
Depends on line of service as well. In advisory, bonus targets are often 10-15% for seniors or up to 25% at manager.
Yea advisory makes a big difference. I’m in FDD (audit background) and got a 24% bonus this year after a pretty nice mid-year thank you bonus.
Rising Star
Bonuses in PA are typically much smaller than industry. I would expect $500-$2,000 as a staff in tax.
Yikes. I got 2%! But I’m very confused, because my performance review was a 5/5 and I got nothing but positive feedback with a couple minor constructive things. It was my first year in public so maybe my analytics weren’t great.. but wow. Thanks!
I got 2% as well. I’m also a first year and my feedback was all “keep doing what you’re doing.”
Was it a full year? May have been prorated
