I like DD work more than the boring project/IMO/SMO work but cannot put up with working weekends given the salary (I came from IB where you are actually paid for this time).

Open to thoughts - what other consulting firms or groups have interesting work and higher pay, but keep weekends free? Is it worth it to stay if I am a strong performer on DDs? MBA?

Is it a red flag if during an interview the partner asks how your billable hours were last year? Could be just a standard question but I wasn’t sure.. I’ve never been asked that before in interviews.

I'm going to have a salary discussion with Larsen & Toubro Infotech what is the salary i can ask for 9 years of experience for the scrum master role ? Current CTC is 18

A recruiter called me for a position, took all my details. I have cleared 2 rounds and then HR round as well.
Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.
Now they reach out to me and saying cannot proceed because we want immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

My current experience is 7Years with 15L CTC. I've recently cleared wipro technical rounds and waiting for HR round. I need some suggestions to negotiate the pay.

Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? TY!!

Anybody looking to farm check out Maiar. Around 16% APY but if you lock rewards for a year it's over 150%. Provide MEX and EGLD to pool and receive MEX that can then be staked for another 125% + if locked. They also have a very well made app. Romanian team that's very involved and transparent. Hi all, currently have 2 YOE in Info Assurance at a company that deals with PII and PHI daily. For the future I am torn between trying to get into a more forensics focused role or continuing this track into a security architect role. Either way I would like to move into a bigger company (possibly FAANG or somewhere like AbbVie). Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.
