Relevant exp in big data: 6 yrs
Relevant exp in Azure: 2+ yrs
Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

You mean, any benefit (well, except for lounges because of Centurion lounges) is greater than Amex??? For the same annual few CSR has Higher earn rate, higher redemption rate, better car rental insurance (primary from chase vs. secondary), easier to use and more travel credit (its basically free money for travel purchases), metal card (this can be a con for some but I doubt it). Anything I forgot???
You guys aren't doing a great job convincing. Amex Plat has all of this and I'm a Delta flyer so the lounge access is critical. Priority lounge access also comes with Amex Plat and I never even use it.

actually CSR's priority pass is better because it has unlimited guests and you dong have to pay $27 each time you go to a lounge like with Amex

A - you activate the benefit when your account is approved. They'll mail you a priority pass select card in one to two weeks after.
I've actually never been in an airport lounge before... these are just the Plat lounges for united at say ORD?
I have both. CSR is nice because the $450 cost is offset by a $300 travel credit per year, which is reimbursed automatically when you charge any travel (hotel, uber, flight) to your card. So basically, you will get a $300 credit every year. The points earning is way better than Amex. I think Amex you earn 1 point on everything, but CSR you earn 3x points on travel and dining, which is a majority of my credit card spending. But I'm with you, Amex gets me delta lounge access which is crucial... so im wondering if I'll just keep both
@OP: Thats what I said, only thing Amex does better is lounge access (this may be important to some but useless to others). Other than that, Amex has everything CSR has but CSR does every single thing better (go back to my firs post)
