What traits, in your opinion, make a producer ready to transition to the title of Senior Producer (Agency side)? What would you have to see to promote them to that title?

Hi all, I really really want to move to an in house role. Just over the firm life completely. I’ve been at one or another of the big 4 l&e shops since 2018. Just wondering if anyone has any pointers or even if it’s possible at my current level? Thank you!

How is the Business Operations (BO) team at ZS?
Particularly at AC level.

I have couple of more questions:
1. WLB as I have heard is pretty pathetic at ZS. Is it same in BO team as well?
2. Salary range for the AC role? (I have 3+ years of experience post MBA, before MBA 0 years, transitioning from big 4)
3. Any on-site opportunities?
4. How are other perks at the organisation? (Apart from fixed pay)

Currently in ibanking as an associate and want to see if I can make the move to PE. Is the CAIA viewed favorably at all?

What is work-life balance like in big tech legal? I’m currently in house at a large multinational; I like my job and I get paid fine, with a very good WLB (40-45 hrs). I want to look into FAANG-type opportunities as they would mean a huge pay bump, and I think I’m qualified, but I have no idea about the hours, and I don’t want to substantially give up WLB, as that’s why I left BigLaw. I don’t want to be miserable again. I know Amazon is poorly reputed for lawyer WLB… what about other places?

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.

Do recruiters and Hiring Managers actually review and read resumes? Also tech companies that sell SaaS, what is it with the requirements of having 10 years or more if technical sales experience? Also the ramp up period is not realistic. Average sales cycle for a reputable SaaS provider is 12-24 months. How on earth a start up can state that their ramp up period is 90 days? The company hasn’t had any new sales either. Start up CEO’s… be realistic or seek enough funding to operate.

I’m a senior lit associate doing v well at my current firm but seeking a global relocation which might entail switching to a transactional practice.
