Culture/Morale at Droga right now?

Hi all, I have 2.8 YOE in Backend development(Node.Js)
I have 3 offers which one should accept on the below offer

1) Kore ai(Hydreabard) - 12.5 LPA Fixed
2) Dentsu World Service (Pune) - 13 LPA Fixed
3) DXC Techonlogy (Bangalore) - 15 LPA Fixed

Can you guys please suggest which one should I take based on your experience, It will really helpful me.

Should I stay at a company I know I like culture-wise when my manager said they will try to promote me, but with no guarantee. Or should I take a job offer I was given with a nice raise, but is in consulting at Slalom. I have not worked in consulting before. There is no travel with Slalom, but the idea of being the new person all the time isn’t too appealing. Less pay and known culture, or more pay unknown job satisfaction?

Can anyone working for DT’s ARA or PwC’s CMAAS tell me what does their job specifically include, hours and exit opportunities?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

How long after a failed transfer does your stomach and body feel like it’s back to normal? It’s been a little over a week since I got the news that my transfer a few weeks ago didn’t work. But my stomach is still so pooched out and looks pregnant that it makes me cry knowing that’s not the case. Trying to eat clean, tons of long walks, but still feel really bloated and gross.

Out of curiosity. How would a company view a potential candidate who has a period of unemployment to study for the CPA. I am considering to start studying for the exam but I know I would need to leave my employer in order to give 110%. I am contemplating the idea of at least passing one part while employed. Then leaving my employer to study FAR. I am considering to leave my current employer anyways, so it’s more of how my future employer would view that lapse.
