Curious about what a blended case interview is? and expectation for experienced AC level if from a non-pharma/healthcare consulting background?

Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. I’ve been searching for something and have yet to find anything aside from coordination! Any recommendations are appreciated!

I have an video interview coming up. Based on Clear Admit, the last question will be something along the lines of "is there anything else you'd like us to know that wasn't covered already...?" Any thoughts on how i should answer this?

Applied for a Director role in industry without realizing their Director = our manager. Had a call with HR that said their salary band is $20-30k below my current.
