Does BMC software offer work from home
Hey
Is WFH permanent at SDC?
Career wise - what would be best? A change management role at Crowe working government software upgrades Or Change Management role at a name brand childcare company? The culture fit at childcare company is amazing.. remote, unlimited PTO Crowe , I'm not sure since it's working with government.
Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Hello Sharks, I recently gave interview of Tiger Analytics and after all successful technical discussion, they were offering me Senior analytics - data Science role for 15.5 fixed + 2L jb, considering my current yoe 4.3 and in data science relevant is not much(consider it 1.5+) but my cctc is 14(13fixed+1 variable), I denied to accept this offer. Should I reconsider that?

Fully remote w the option to be hybrid
I love it I thrive being remote I found such a better work life balance
I’m happier personally bc life tasks are actually being done and therefore I’m happier at work
Commuting sucked and took so much time away from my personal day and if I had to work late it took even more time away from my personal day
Fully remote. Never going back
Fully remote with the option of hybrid . But the higher you go the more in person events are needed.
Fully remote, though I think some things could be accomplished faster if we were in the office for at least one day a week. Anything that requires a meeting is better in person, but we only really need a day for that.
Hybrid. 2 days home, 3 days office.
Fully remote here. The way the firm is setup we couldn’t really be hybrid except for a couple people.
We travel to be in person for some leadership meetings and then firm wide events.
Hybrid (3 days a week). I think it’s probably best from a productivity standpoint, although my commute is miserable so I wish it was full remote or just one day in the office.
I do think it’s a challenge to train new hires, especially college grads remote.
Fully remote!
I’m hybrid, I was working fully remotely but I go in more now because other ppl are going in more now and Leadership likes it (shilling for that higher tier/bonus- it is what it is..). I do think grads right out of school should go in and learn how to act though. Not sure why it makes a difference but damn you can tell which associates were hired during Covid…
Hybrid 3 days home and 2 days office sometimes 1 day office. Hope it won’t change during busy season😏
Hybrid, 1 day in office - industry
Remote except going to clients. 1 day in office highly suggested.
Of course fully remote. It saves me money and gas as well as it makes me utilize my time more efficiently. I don't have to deal with the drama in the office and the best part is, I don't have to personally see my boss.
Hybrid, unfortunately...40% in the office so it's 2x days a week. Don't mind the first day but am seriously dragging my heels the second day...they seem unwilling to budge on It though
All 5 days in the office. It's really exhausting. I prefer hybrid but I don't really have a choice.
Hybrid, for sure! It's so exhausting to be in the office 5x a week. How about you?
