Curious thought. For peeps with international awards like a Lion, Lotus or a Pencil, how much did the award boost your career (position, salary, benefits)? I find myself comparing my worth vs. other creatives who have big awards under their belt. I have some local ones but it took a lot of initiative. And that’s all, mostly because my agency isn’t as keen on winning and focus mostly on client work.

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?
