Techs : Java springboot microservices (9/10), angular/reactjs (7/10)

Can a finance startup upgrade my payscale if I ask them to after completing the probation period?
And if so how much can I ask them for the increment over ctc?

I have recently finished an interview with Oracle and I am pretty confident on result.

I am presently working in cognizant with 3 YOE . My current CTC is 6.4 LPA and I am also holding an offer from other company with 11 LPA. Can anyone help me how much CTC I can ask in Oracle while HR discussion.
