Currently an Associate 2 that went A-to-A with 3 years at the Analyst level, so 5.5 years in total. Have been ranked in the top bucket in each year, including this year, and have voiced my goals in being promoted to VP 1 this year. Won’t know for certain until January, but with the down market, could envision being passed up for promotion. Im considering the toll on my mental and physical health another year at the Associate level could take. Are their good exit opps for A-to-A? Or tough it out?
