This is a very good offer for a Senior Manager of Internal Audit in industry. I know many Directors who make about that.

Lord they really screw audit folks in PA a decent amount of times. Bud that new offer looks good. I would take it.

smart

What is the value of 3500 RSUs?

Regardless of the value of the RSUs, this is still a very good offer, nonetheless

What does senior manager at your current place make and prospects for making it to partner? If not comparable, make the move.

What’s your COL? Generally seems like a good offer, even without the RSUs. Whats the vesting period and current stock price?

MCOL. 3 year vesting period of 1/3 every year. The stock price is at bottom low now but I think that’s a good thing for the future once they are vested?

like

Depends if you want to do internal audit. That’s a healthy pay increase though

Potentially opportunities to do other roles within the company too in the future. I’ll be a senior manager next year but I really don’t have another busy season in me lol

I'm a senior in FAAS and make that much...but I'm HCOL

What? ...it shows they're severely underpaid and should take the much higher offer

but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.

Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions

PS: This was my first interview in the switching process so I’m not sure if I could have landed better offers or if this is the best I could get.
