Currently looking at at FDD position within PwC (East Region). Had an interview with a recruiter, which went well and want to move forward. I’m currently a senior in audit with EY. Was wondering if anyone in here has bee though the interview process and was wondering what I should expect? I also was curious as to how hard the QoE model is going to be. In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
