I've never seen a pay band but I'm at 105k as a senior in a tier 3 city. I would expect 130k as max in a tier 1 city for a senior. I honestly don't know how you're making that much as an associate, but great job.
Seriously
@EY1, OP says they're making 110 as an associate, which I don't believe at all. OP says they have 5 years of experience but even in a tier 1 market, 110 as an associate is pretty unbelievable. Perhaps it was a typo but I'm calling BS having worked at KPMG and knowing the pay bands.
What are the paybands for a tier 1 market at kpmg? Specifically for associates
If you are a recent senior (2-3 years) then you may can jump to manager and hit 130-145. Otherwise, a long term senior may raise red flags and have you come in as a senior around 125
OP? Really? I was thinking 125K sounds about right for a Senior close to making manager. Maybe I need to go to KPMG
D1, current comp 112k tier 3 city. Last year I got 11% raise. Also currently, going though the interviews with D. I have mentioned my expectation for Sr role @150k and recruiter (from D) seems okay with it (but those role aws cloud security).
Is 125k for a Senior is not low ? Or you can tell me what’s the max range for a Senior at D or EY ?
