Any insight on DoorDash salaries?
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.
SAP SD - 2 YOE Current CTC is 4.8LPA.
how much should I ask at infy? Position offered is associate consultant. Thanks in advance.

I consider a low-ball offer a passive-aggressive rejection, especially if you communicated salary requirements early in the process.
$130k isn’t even the 20% bump most consider standard when switching employers. Don’t bend, don’t break.
I agree with WK1.

I think you’re at the high end of things at 120 for a senior copy writer. So unless you’re making a move to ACD, not sure that your salary can grow that much more within most salary ranges for senior.
That said, tell these guys, that their offer is so much lower than what you’re already making, you’re not sure it makes sense to even continue the conversation. I mean 20k is insulting. Did they think you’re junior?
Move forward trying to get an ACD position somewhere else.m if you think you’re ready for it. If you’re not ready for ACD, maybe there is a shop where you can get better experience, better work, for a drop more pay
I was 120 for mid and now 140 for senior…ask for more (ny)
I had a related problem a while back. Currently on £175k, applied for another role, told the recruiter I needed £220k to move (would have taken £210k).
They came back with £185k claiming that they had to stretch this from £160k, bonus will be limited. Recruiter didn’t have a strong enough relationship with the client to get the real compensation on offer.
My big issues is they interviewed me thinking I’m a £160k candidate and now I’m ‘asking’ for £185k, which sets the expectation that I’m worth that extra money. I am, but I shouldn’t have that pressure. Then there’s the difficulty of further pay rises, greater risk of redundancy etc. Not a chance am I moving for another £10k for all that.
Even if you get your $140k, I wouldn’t take it now.
Damn where are y’all working
These agencies must be printing money

They’re gonna lowball you because during the pandemic, they lowballed a lot of people. But just hold firm. And let them know that’s below what you’re making now, and you only make this move for x amount of money. They’ll probably respect you more for it, you might even get it. It doesn’t hurt to ask.
What city? 120k is not the high end of spectrum for nyc
Well known or good? Not necessarily the same thing.
🥹 droga but they'll work you like a horse
I got a lowball offer like that recently (asked for $200, was offered $140) and the way I interpreted that was that they weren’t sure enough about me to be willing to invest in me. And I would never willingly join a company that felt that way about me.
