Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Don’t leave EY SAP! I love it here.

Their SAP practice is terrible and worse than EY’s.
EYs is not bad at all! @amazon person relax

It’s not good relative to Accenture and Deloitte.
I’m plenty relaxed but having to work with EY in the space inevitably leads to me having to get more involved than I would prefer. EY has strong SAP leadership but often has less experienced and capable staff than stronger competitors.
BCG here is far less capable though and generally makes decisions that aren’t well informed due to a lack of hands on experience.

Unless you have faster mobility there I would say don’t bother. B4 tech > MBB tech
I completely disagree with the rest of the comments. Working at BCG gives you access to resources and opportunities that you wouldn’t have in Big 4. Additionally, BCG - no matter the practice - teaches you how to think and problem solve like a true strategy consultant. Even if your projects are tech focused.
